To be valid, all entry forms and artwork must be received by April 30, 2007, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) and if the entrant is under NINETEEN (19) years of age, be authorized by a parent or guardian of the entrant. There are no limits to the number of submissions an entrant may make, so long as each entry complies with these rules. Entry forms and submitted designs and artwork will not be returned to entrants. The odds of winning the prize are directly related to the number of entrants and the decision of the contest judges. The winning design and artwork becomes the exclusive property of Whitecaps Football Club Ltd. (the “Whitecaps”). All rights to the design and usage of this artwork including but not exclusive to placing the artwork on T-shirts, displaying the artwork on television or online, and using the design in relation to any and all promotional efforts, shall belong to the Whitecaps without any further compensation to the entrant. The award of any prize to any entrant is subject to the Whitecap's receipt of a fully executed affirmation of eligibility, ownership of submission, release and compliance statement (the "Rlease") from all winning entrants or runners-up which includes but is not limited to a representation and warranty that the winning entrant or runners-up are the rightful owner of their entries and have not infringed any third party rights. The decisions of the judges are final in all respects. No purchase is required to enter this contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to all Canadian and U.S. residents ages sixteen (16) or over. For entrants under nineteen (19), the consent of a parent or guardian is mandatory to participate in this contest. Children of directors, officers and employees of the Whitecaps and their affiliates, as well as of their immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof with them are not eligible to enter this contest. As appropriate, the word “Winner” or “Runner(s)-up” shall include or mean a parent or guardian of that person. The Whitecaps reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason. Entrants will not be notified if their product is disqualified.

3. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES
1st PRIZE: The one winning design will be applied to a T-shirt that will then be displayed and replicated for sale by the Whitecaps. Once the Winner has accepted the prize via the applicable procedure described below, the Winner’s name and winning design will be announced. The Winner shall receive a pair of Whitecaps season tickets (travel costs not included) plus an Umbro prize pack consisting of an official Whitecaps jersey, jacket, hoodie, ball, bag, T-shjrt and tracksuit. The Winner may elect to accept an alternative of a one-time cash payment of $500 in lieu of the season tickets and prize pack.
2nd PRIZE: The 2nd prize winner, being the first Runner-up, shall receive a pair of Whitecaps season tickets (travel costs not included) plus an autographed official Whitecaps team jersey. The Winner may elect to accept an alternative of a one-time cash payment of $300 in lieu of the season tickets and prize pack.
3rd PRIZE: The 3rd prize winner, being the second Runner-up, shall receive a $200 gift certificate for Whitecaps merchandise at the team store or on the team’s online outlet.
As stated, the winning design and artwork becomes the exclusive property of the Whitecaps. The Runner(s)-up shall grant a worldwide perpetual license of their designs and artwork to the Whitecaps for use in all promotional efforts in all media now known or to be devised.

4. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZE
During a two-week period following the contest close date of April 30, 2007, ten (10) finalists will be selected from all eligible entries by a panel consisting of three representatives from the Whitecaps and AMP. The finalists will be selected based on and judged by the panel for level of creativity and originality. One winning entry and two runner-up entries will then be selected from the final group of ten by Vancouver Whitecaps staff. The Winner and Runners-up will be contacted by telephone during the week following the selection (week beginning May 7, 2007). If the Winner or any Runner-up cannot be contacted by May 14, 2007, a new entry will be selected.

5. GENERAL RULES
5.1 The Winner and Runners-up shall agree to have their name, picture and voices used for advertising and promotional purposes related to this contest, free of charge. 5.2 The prizes shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred. No substitutions will be allowed. 5.3 If the prizes cannot be awarded as described in these rules, the Whitecaps, their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another comparable in value or otherwise. 5.4 Refusal to accept the prize releases the Whitecaps, their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, of any responsibility and obligation toward the winner. 5.5 Should an entrant make any false statement, they shall be automatically disqualified from the contest. The Whitecaps have no obligation to notify anyone respecting disqualification. 5.6 The Whitecaps, their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or email received, typographical errors, technical, computer or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls or any other mistake. 5.7 The Whitecaps, their affiliates, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labor dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to hold this contest 5.8 All personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, and age is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without consent. By providing this information, all entrants consent to it being used for the stated purposes. 5.9 All federal, state, provincial, local, or other jurisdictional laws and regulations apply. This contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. By entering and/or accepting prize the entrant grants permission to the Whitecaps or anyone authorized by them to use statements, quotes, testimonials, photographs, designs, models, software, and/or any other material(s) provided by entrant as part of the entry in the Contest, as well as entrant's name, photograph, likeness, and, if applicable, the name of entrant's company and affiliation, for advertising, and/or promotional purposes without any additional compensation to entrant unless prohibited by law Ownership of the underlying intellectual property of the entry remains the property of the entrant subject to the Whitecap's rights to reprint, display, reproduce, perform, and exhibit the entry solely for the purpose of advertising and/or promoting this Contest. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold the Whitecaps and its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. 5.10 The Whitecaps are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes, nor are they responsible for corrupted, lost, late, stolen, damaged, misdirected, or postage due entries. 5.12 To the extent permitted by law, these terms shall be interpreted, and this contest shall be conducted, in accordance with the law of British Columbia, Canada, without giving effect to choice of law provisions.
